Why is there a 3-month minimum subscription?
The ingredients within our products are clinically proven to work within a 3-month period. We wouldn’t want you to commit to using the products and not see the benefits that are clinically proven, which is why our starter pack includes a 3-month minimum period.
Can I edit my subscription once it is active?
Yes, you can change your delivery date and address in one easy click!
Can I change products in my subscription?
Yes, you can switch to a different My Pure Skin formula in one easy click!
Can I skip or cancel a month?
Yes, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time after your 3-month introductory period. Please contact our concierge team at concierge@mypureskin.uk
Orders, Shipping and Returns
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all of our orders on the same day (if ordered by 3pm, on working days). All items ordered are delivered via DPD. Standard delivery via DPD is the next working day following the dispatch of the order, however this cannot be guaranteed.
I've received the wrong product!
Please get in touch with our concierge here so we can get this sorted out for you as soon as possible. We don’t want you missing out on any benefits!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as all of our orders are dispatched same-day, you are unable to cancel your order as we have likely sent it. Please get in touch with our concierge if you would like a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. You will need to pay for return postage.

How important is sustainability to you as a brand?
Sustainability is really important to us, and we are always looking for new ways to reduce our impact on the natural world. For everyStarter Pack purchased, we partner with One Green Bottle to reclaim 50 plastic bottles from the ocean. Our Shaker Bottle caps are made from the ocean harvested recycled plastic.
